Our Unique Advantage

The knowledge and experience of your teacher is of utmost importance for the success of your studies. Only a well trained and motivated teacher will ensure that you learn Spanish in an efficient manner and progress rapidly, making the best use of your valuable vacation time.

Ixchel’s teachers fit the bill! We select our teachers very carefully to make sure they meet our high quality standards.

All our teachers are native Spanish speakers. They have many years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language to foreign students. Some of the teachers have been with Ixchel since the school was founded in 1999. They receive continuous training so they are familiar with the latest teaching methods and materials.

Teaching Spanish is more than just a job for our teachers. They take an active interest in your progress and adapt the lessons to meet your needs, interests and learning style.

Over the years we’ve brought together a great team that we are very proud of. We all work hard to make your stay at Ixchel an enjoyable, hassle-free and unforgettable experience!
